Assignment:
1. Imagine that your descendants (grandchildren, great grandchildren) are researching your life. As a Canadian, what event or events affect you the most? What will your grandchildren or great grandchildren be asking you about, as you get older? What will you tell them about family life, housing, lifestyle, transportation, occupations, leisure activities, historical events, and government? Have you noticed any changes in your life? What changes have your parents witnessed? How do you think the lifestyle of a Canadian youth will change before you reach your senior years?
Considering trends in Canadian history, what will the Canada the 22nd or 23rd century be like? Will you your family have to move? How will their lives be different in terms of occupations, lifestyles, and transportation? What will the standard of living be like? Will Canada be a better or worse place to live?
